The WiMN Announces “You Are Next” Showcase At ASCAP Expo Female artists are encouraged to submit material for an opportunity to win a showcase performance slot.


Wednesday, March 6, 2013, Lafayette, CA -- The Women’s International Music Network (The WiMN), an organization aimed at bringing together women who work in all facets of the music industry, announces a new showcase event scheduled during the upcoming ASCAP “I Create Music” Expo in Los Angeles, CA. Taking place on Thursday, April 18, 2013 from 9pm to 12am at the Lobby Bar of the Loews Hollywood Hotel, the WiMN ASCAP “You Are Next” Showcase is sponsored by renowned music notation software developer Notion Music and will feature trailblazing, 17-year-old singer/songwriter Ali Isabella. 

Female artists of all styles and ages are encouraged to submit their best material for an opportunity to win a performance slot at The WiMN ASCAP “You Are Next” Showcase. Entrants will have the chance to perform in front of industry experts, media representatives, artists, publishers and more at this prestigious music event. All materials must be submitted by March 29, 2013, and showcase slot winners will be announced April 1, 2013. The WiMN ASCAP “You Are Next” Showcase features headliner Ali Isabella. Based in New York City, Isabella is the youngest performer to ever appear on stage at Wembley Arena, where she opened for Reba McEntire.
