Divinity Roxx: The Roxx Boxx Experience 

Divinity Roxx may best be known as the bass player from Beyonce’s all-female band. After all, she toured with the pop icon for 5 years and made a lasting impression during her bass guitar solo seen by over 10 million people around the world. She has appeared on countless television shows including The Grammy’s, The Oprah Winfrey Show, Saturday Night Live, and Good Morning America, just to name a few. One of the many highlights of touring with Beyoncé was performing a show at The White House for President Barack Obama and his family.

Divinity has also been the Musical Director for K-Pop sensation, 2NE1 and joined them on their first worldwide New Evolution Tour in 2012. She has most recently played The Arsenio Hall Show, 106 and Park and The Queen Latifah Show with rapper B.o.B. and enjoyed an appearance on Cedric The Entertainer’s TV sitcom, The Soul Man.

Divinity got her start touring and appearing on albums with the legendary bassist Victor Wooten, one of the most prolific bass players of modern times. She has also appeared on records by Will.I.Am, Beyonce, and Polow Da Don. (See discography below).

She’s backed up legends like Patti Labelle, Kelly Rowland and Ledisi on BET’s Black Girl’s Rock TV show, and is always the consummate professional in any working environment.

Despite all of these appearances with so many legendary and iconic figures, it is in her live solo performance where Divinity shines the brightest. Her ability to simultaneously play bass guitar while fronting her own band captivates audiences around the world. Her ‘Roxx Boxx Experience’ project is the ultimate mash-up of hip-hop and rock, featuring appearances by Grammy award winning artists and musicians Bootsy Collins and Killa Mike.
