Marga Abejo, Iqui Vinculado and Jenny de Vera are Triple Fret, an all-girl classical-contemporary guitar trio that has captivated the hearts of music lovers all over the Philippines with their refreshing brand of music, performance and love for the classical guitar.

Formally trained in the premiere music schools of the country, namely the University of the Philippines College of Music and the University of Santo Tomas Conservatory of Music, the girls have brought the appreciation of the classical guitar to a wider audience with their youth, beauty, passion and exceptional talent. The only all-female guitar trio of its kind in the country, Triple Fret stands out with their extensive repertoire of Spanish guitar pieces, tangos, jazz standards, Filipino traditional, love songs and well-loved classical pieces, all infused with a style uniquely their own.

Formally launched in 2011 in a critically acclaimed mini concert at the UP School of Economics, Triple Fret has since been sharing their music in various prestigious gatherings such as the 3rd International Guitar Festival and the Philippine Pasinaya Festival both held at the Cultural Center of the Philippines, the 1st Philippine International Jazz and Blues Festival, 6th Backdoor Ventures Arts and Music Festival, and the 2013 Fete de la Musique Manila. Their first solo concert at the Paco Park in Manila received rave reviews. Recently, they held a concert in Brunei at the Jerudong International School Arts Centre.

Since then, Triple Fret is committed and inspired more than ever to share their gift and love for guitar music with as many people as they can, to transcend barriers of social class, educational background, culture, creed and religion, to truly bring the joy of music to all.
