This time I got to choose to play whatever I wanted, so I opted for a section of an original--this is called "Venice."
Again, I don’t view any form of art as a competition, but I agreed to participate in this because I felt that it could be an opportunity to grow as a musician and to get to know the other amazing players who are part of this challenge.
I didn’t expect to make it past the first round, much less find myself in the finals. I am so very happy if some of you have enjoyed the arrangements of Alice In Chains and Weezer (remember, they are both available for free!).
It’s now down to me and the absolutely wonderful @Helen Ibe music. If you don’t know her already, check her out. She’s a lovely light, a beautiful musician.
