Biography
Nemophila (often styled in all caps) is an all-female Japanese heavy metal and hard rock band formed in Tokyo in 2019. Blending intense, aggressive metalcore and heavy guitar riffs with catchy melodies and a cheerful, contrasting aesthetic (often described as "yurufuwa from hell"), the band rapidly built a massive international following via YouTube. They have since sold out major arenas like the Nippon Budokan and toured globally, cementing themselves as a powerhouse force in modern heavy music.
