Kiyoshi (清)
Japanese Bass-Driven Rock Virtuoso, Vocalist & Composer
Kiyoshi is a world-class Japanese bassist, singer, and songwriter celebrated for spearheading a bold, bass-centric rock sound. Utilizing multi-track recording where her powerful 5-string bass takes center stage alongside live drums, she delivers a fierce mix of rock, alternative, and groove metal that relies on heavy, gut-punching low-end rather than traditional rhythm guitars. Alongside her prolific solo career, she is widely recognized as a powerhouse touring and session bassist for guitar legend Marty Friedman and stadium rock giants B'z.
