Pacifica
Biography & Overview
Pacifica is an Argentine rock duo formed in Buenos Aires in 2021 by friends Inés Adam and Martina Nintzel. Bonded by a mutual passion for The Strokes and indie rock, the duo initially gained viral attention through online cover videos before releasing original music. Their band name originates from the Yamaha Pacifica electric guitar owned by Inés. They signed with TAG Music (a joint venture between Gabe Saporta and Atlantic Records) and have quickly become a prominent name in modern alternative rock.
