Artist Spotlight: Kynsy – The Sharp, Fizzing Indie-Rock Force of Dublin and London
Artist Biography
Dublin-raised and London-based singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Kynsy (Ciara King) has quickly become one of the most exciting names in modern alternative music. Known for her unapologetic raw emotion, biting yet slick guitar work, and knack for crafting earwormy, high-energy hooks, Kynsy's sound effortlessly bridges post-punk urgency with glittering synth-pop sensibility. Drawing early critical acclaim and comparisons to indie icons like St. Vincent and The Strokes, she handles much of her own writing and production, injecting a fierce DIY independence into every track she puts out.

While Kynsy operates primarily as the solo creative mastermind, writer, and producer behind the project, her dynamic studio and live performances are brought to life by a tight-knit touring ensemble of underground alternative musicians on the UK and Irish gig circuits.
